OZTI EAST AFRICA

With over 15 years of experience, we are the industry leader in kitchen, bar & laundry design, equipment supply, and technical support in our region. Starting in 2008 developing our working kitchens as chef and restaurateur, we have progressed to a full-scale company, becoming an extremely reliable partner.

OZTI EAST AFRICA is your one-stop shop, where we offer our clients a variety of services according to the environment they live in. We have achieved over 380 successful installations all over the island and across Tanzania since we began.

The owners of the company have a hospitality background and have had experience running a restaurant on the island. They are fully aware of the flow, the infrastructure of the country, humidity, electricity, and the availability of equipment.

Our Services

LAYOUT DESIGN OF KITCHENS, BARS & LAUNDRY ROOMS

Depending on your requirements, our design team will prepare the layouts for your kitchen, bar, or laundry, consulting with the architect to retrieve plans or by on-site measuring.
EQUIPMENT SUPPLY FOR KITCHENS, BARS & LAUNDRY ROOMS

All equipment listed in the design layout will be quoted on and supplied by OZTI EAST AFRICA. Our products are produced in our supplier factories on demand and shipped to the site.
INSTALLATION

We provide all engineering plans for design layouts and equipment and supervise all engineering work. When the goods are imported all engineering points are ready for swift installation by our technical team.
COMMISSIONING

Our technical support team will commission projects by producing user training on all equipment and basic preventative maintenance training for the in-house maintenance team.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & AFTER SALE SERVICE

We provide yearly preventative maintenance contracts and 24-hour after-service and technical support. Our technical support team is managed by an expert qualified technician, providing service from base and mobile workshops, which are fully equipped with top-of-the-range tools.
SPARE PARTS

OZTI EAST AFRICA offers original spare parts services. We have over 2000 original spare parts in stock in Zanzibar for all our equipment. We ensure the availability of spare parts so our equipment can be used effectively and over a long period of time.
WARRANTY

All products have a 12-month warranty on production factory defects. We have a special rate in case of warranty calls out and labor.
AIR CONDITIONING

We offer air conditioning services, sold and installed by OZTI East Africa, and which carry a 12-month warranty with professional, experienced technical support on hand and immediate availability of original spare parts.
ICE

OZTI EAST AFRICA is also the manufacturer and distributor of ICE in Zanzibar. Our ICE is made of 100% pure drinking water that is properly purified by our cartridge filters and Reverse Osmosis systems. We offer quality ICE services at an affordable price, in different sizes.

We have 4 technical support teams comprised of highly skilled, well-trained, hardworking local technicians who are qualified in different fields. With more than a decade of experience, our technical support teams are competent in conducting professional installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support, recognized and approved by the suppliers. Our teams are on standby as we also offer 24-hour after-sales mobile services.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM

Our office support team deals with handling a variety of administrative and support duties for the company. They customize accounts, follow up on the technical support teams, facilitate communications with clients, prepare quotations according to their requests, take stocks, file paperwork, and perform basic research and development.

OFFICE SUPPORT TEAM

Since 2018, the recycling team has been striving to gather innovative ideas to produce quality recycled products to clean our island and fund education and empowerment programs through sales. Our recycling team has been supportive through the entire journey, providing a helping hand to the technical support team and at the same time joining efforts in the fight against plastic pollution.
